Starting Now:
-take more deep breaths
-take a second to yourself
-don't procrastinate
-manage your money wisely, think ahead.
-snack smarter, stop heading for the lucky charms.
-wake up earlier, you know it makes you feel better.
-do something active at least once a day, work doesn't count!
-have a positive attitude at work.
-think of yourself as highly as you think of others
-STAY MOTIVATED
-think of the woman you want to be in ten years,
do everything you can in one day to get closer to that.
-stress less, take it one day at a time.
-if heels make you feel good: wear them.
-take time for those long awaited conversations
-tell the ones you love that you love them
-think twice about something... anything
-make something new
-write someone a thank-you card
-laugh at something stupid
-pay attention to what you are putting into your body; this is your BODY
-let something you've been holding onto go
-do something different with your spare time
-wen you want to speak: don't
-You know what makes you feel good and what doesn't.
Do more of one and less of the other.
